Drift Practice Days
There are a number of practice days around the country and these are 4 that we deal with directly on a monthly basis...
Drift What Ya Brung days at Santa Pod Raceway are days when you can come along and learn or practice drifting in safe and legal conditions on some of the Pods 30 acres of open tarmac. There are beginners, intermediate and advanced tracks open at the same time each DWYB day.
DWYB is for anyone from complete novices wanting tuition to expert drifters wanting quality seat time without authorities or kerbs to worry about.
Norfolk Arena Drift Practice Days.
Norfolk Arena hold practice days once a month, normally on a Saturday. These days are perfect for beginners and there is a very friendly atmosphere. The next date for this is Saturday February 18th not the 11th as advertised. Malx, Minnie and the rest of the team put on a fabulous day with fun and value for money being the aim of all their days, so much so that they fill up very quickly. Silverstone Car Park - Drift and Car Control Days
These days are organised by John Marcar and Nick Doughill @ Mazda on Track, they are aimed at beginners and the format of the day is set out accordingly so the more experience drifter wouldn't necessarily learn anything but would certainly be happy with extra seat time. Mallory Park: Full Circuit Drift
These days were the ultimate drift practice days in the uk for the more experienced drifter, they ran once a month with a maximum of 30 cars to enable maximum seat time. The format for the day was an open pit lane so you could go out when you wanted. The track was approx 1.3-1.4 miles long and it was amazing to be able to drift this great venue.
